Men's basketball announces 52nd annual summer camp dates

HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover men's basketball team has released the dates for its 52nd annual summer boys' basketball camps.

The Panthers will host three camps this upcoming summer with two Fundamental Skills and one Post/Perimeter session. The fundamental camps will be available for campers from June 10-13 or July 8-11, while the post & perimeter instruction will take place June 25-27.

This summer marks the 52nd consecutive year the Hanover men's basketball program will host boys' basketball camps on campus. Founded in the summer of 1967 by former head coach John Collier, it is estimated over 40,000 campers have participated over the years.

Current head coach, Jon Miller ('97), is in his 10th year at the helm of his alma mater and has Hanover coming off one of its best seasons in program history, going 26-4 overall and making its first appearance ever in the NCAA National Tournament Elite Eight in 2016-17.

The Panthers are currently 6-2 overall this year and have won two of their first three Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contests. The Blue and Red have been ranked in the D3hoops.com National Top 25 all season long, and have been placed inside the top five in two of the four polls in 2017-18.
