Box Score HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover College men's soccer team celebrated senior day on Sunday afternoon as they defeated Bluffton, 5-0. With the win, Hanover moves to 7-1-1 overall on the year.

Fellipe Busato (Sao Paulo, Brazil) delivered the first blow as he took a pass from senior
Chris Pitre (Belle Chasse, La.) in the 17
th minute for the early 1-0 lead.
Hanover continued to get pressure on frame deep into the first half as junior
Luke Eppler (Evansville, Ind.) delivered a perfect pass to senior
Josh Hughes (Lafayette, La.) who beat the Beaver goalkeeper for the 2-0 advantage.
The Panthers entered the break with a game-high eight shots, four of which landed on frame.
The second half would see the Blue and Red deliver another goal as Eppler made his way into the score's column off a deflected ball in front of net. Senior
Brad Simpson (Allen, Texas) tallied his second goal of the season as he was able to beat the goalkeeper for another dagger, 4-0.
The 66
th minute would see the final strike of the afternoon from the foot of Hughes as he helped propel HC to the 5-0 victory.
Hanover finished with a game-high 25 shots,12 of which landed on frame.
The Panthers return to action on Wednesday, March 31 welcoming Mount St. Joseph. Game time is set for 3:30 PM.
