All Hanover College student-athletes must complete our registration process to provide information to be eligible to compete for the Hanover College Panthers. This process covers both first years/transfers and returning student-athletes. Please select Sportsware Instructions and follow the step-by-step guide for completing your registration with the Hanover College Athletic Training Department.Â
If you have received any brain or heart testing within a minimum of the last 3 years, we require complete documentation and a note clearing the student-athlete for athletic activity without restrictions.
Anyone who had an injury requiring a physician's visit within the last 12 months, we will require full documentation and a letter of clearance for all sports without restrictions from their treating physician. In addition, we may require documentation for any medical visit in the last 4 years. These documents will also need to be uploaded onto Sportsware into a SINGLE file with the appropriate title.
RETURNERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GET A NEW PHYSICAL OR MEDICAL HISTORY FORM
