Ian Waldrop (Louisville, Ky.) netted a game-high two goals to lead Hanover past Anderson on Saturday afternoon, 4-1. With the victory, the Panthers improve to 2-0 overall on the season.

Josh Hughes (Lafayette, La.) and junior Felipe Busato (Sao Paulo, Brazil) added one goal apiece.
The Panthers struck early as a Hughes goal at the 7:33 mark saw Hanover claim the 1-0 lead. They extended the lead moments later as Waldrop found the back of the net for the 2-0 advantage.
Hanover provided one final first half goal at the 31-minute mark as Busato beat the defense to give the Panthers the convincing 3-0 lead. Anderson would finally find the net with just under 10 minutes to play to enter the break trailing 3-1.
The second half saw Waldrop strike again as he netted the game's final goal just minutes into the period off an assist by Hughes. The Panthers finished the contest with a game-high 20 shots, 11 which landed on frame. In frame, senior

Hanover returns to action on Wednesday, March 10 when they travel to Transylvania. Game time is set for 7:00 PM.
