HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover Panthers welcomed Ohio Northern on Sunday morning, falling in the match 6-3.
The Panthers were paced by sophomore
Joey Keal (Louisville, Ky.) winning both his no. 2 singles match as well as his no. 2 doubles match.
Keal teamed up with junior
Connor Garrison (Louisville, Ky.) to win no. 2 doubles 8-6, before he went on to win no. 2 singles in convincing fashion 6-1, 6-2.
Senior
Pablo Gallart (Serra, Spain) also found success in singles action winning his no. 1 singles match to secure the final point for the Blue and Red.
The Polar Bears would snap a Panther 11 game regular season winning streak dating back to 2020.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 25 when they take on Illinois Wesleyan and Wabash.
