HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover men's soccer team is set to open play as part of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference semi-final round on Wednesday afternoon welcoming no. 3 seed Transylvania.
The Panthers claimed the runner-up spot with a 9-4-4 overall record and 7-0-2 mark in HCAC play.
The last time the Blue and Red entered the tournament as the 2 seed they claimed the HCAC Tournament title and made history, advancing to a program first NCAA Sweet 16.
Hanover currently ranks second among the league in scoring margin (0.92) and first in save percentage (.844).
The Panthers and Pioneers will hit the pitch on Wednesday afternoon at 11:00 AM.
