CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. – The Hanover men's tennis team hit the road for non-conference action at Wabash, dropping the contest 8-1.
Despite being swept in doubles action the no. 1 doubles team of junior
Joey Keal (Louisville, Ky.) and junior Charley William (Jeffersonville, Ind.) dropped a hard fought 8-5 battle. The no. 3 doubles team of senior
Jedrek Brodzki (Warsaw, Poland) and junior
Rodolfo Jacome (Guayas, Ecuador) played to a competitive 8-6 defeat.
Keal carried the momentum into singles action as he claimed a nail-bitter and the Panthers lone win at no. 1 singles 4-6, 6-3, 11-9.
The Blue and Red return to action on Tuesday, March 21 when they take on the Univ. of Southern Indiana.
