Richmond, IN - The men's soccer team traveled up north to Earlham College to take on the Quakers in the second part of a mens' and women's double-header day.
Hanover was a step ahead of their opponent all night long and controlled every aspect of the game. HC out shot Earlham 19 to three and tallied nine corners to Earlham's two, eight in the second half. The Panthers went on to win five to zero, comfortably maintaining the two seed in the HCAC regular season race.
The Panthers had five different goal scorers tonight including sophomore forward
Brandon Elizarraras, junior midfielder
Miles McMillen, sophomore forward
Andrew Pavlisko, senior forward
Omar Dizdar, and senior forward
David Snowden.
Three of the five goals were assisted, and the assists were as follows: senior midfielder
Matt Burchett assisted the first goal in the forty-first minute (to Elizarraras) and the fourth goal in the sixty-ninth minute (to Dizdar); freshman midfielder
Gavin Yearwood assisted the second goal in the forty-eighth minute (to McMillen).
All three keepers saw action tonight with senior goalkeeper
Rodrigo Gutierrez Olvera Gonzalez taking the lion's share of the workload with seventy-eight minutes, while sophomore goalkeeper Patrick Schoelling and freshman goalkeeper
Dugan Webster split the rest.

Hanover moves to 12-4-2 on the year with an HCAC record of 7-1-0 with this win over EC. The Panthers return to the pitch for their final game of the 2025 regular season on Wednesday October 29th at 3:30PM EST, against Anderson University, at home in the Hanover College Soccer Complex.
