AUSTIN, Texas – The Panthers (2-2 overall) wrapped up their Texas trip at Concordia University Texas, falling to the Tornados 8-4, 10-1.

Lulu Van Beek (Noblesville, Ind.) got the start in game one throwing five complete innings and tallying three strikeouts. She allowed five runs on four hits.
Senior
Megan Ekart (Scottsburg, Ind.) pitched in relief allowing just one run on five batters faced. She added one K.

LauRie Harmless (Coatesville, Ind.) led the Panthers plating two runs in the top of the third inning off a single up the middle propelling HC in front 2-1. She had three hits on four at-bats with two RBI.
Senior
Mal Fultz (Greenfield, Ind.) went 2-for-3 at the dish while
Sydnie Raisor finished 2-for-3 with a run scored.

Ashley Fulton (Hanover, Ind.) got the start with Ekart pitching relief. Beek closed out the contest for the Blue and Red facing 11 batters with two strikeouts looking.
