HANOVER, Ind. – Hanover College women's basketball Associate Head Coach Ashley (Williams) Blanch has been recognized by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association as an honoree for the WBCA Thirty Under 30 for the 2024-25 season.
 
The WBCA Thirty Under 30 program was created to recognize 30 up-and-coming women's basketball coaches aged 30 and under at all levels of the game. Each honoree has exemplified their involvement in community service, mentorship and impact on others, professional manner, and attitude and professional association involvement.
 
Blanch joined the women's basketball staff in the summer of 2021, helping to propel the Blue and Red to a 67-34 overall record, including a 52-18 mark in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. Hanover has finished among the top three in the league with Blanch on staff.
 
Since 2021, Hanover has tallied 18 All-Conference honorees, including 2025 All-American and HCAC Athlete of the Year Grace Bezold (Covington, Ky.). Two athletes have surpassed 1,000 career points with her on staff while several have broken into the top 10 all-time Hanover ranks.
