ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – Hanover (0-1 overall) opened the 2026 campaign on Saturday afternoon with a road trip to Augustana. The Panthers surrendered the contest 11-4.

HOW IT HAPPENED
After falling behind early, the Panther offense responded. Baker got the first opportunity on a free position attack.
Jarrells dealt the second blow off a sophomore
Quinn Cherry helper seconds into the third frame.
Chubb found the back of the net with 13:40 to play in the third, cutting the difference to 8-3.
Madden recorded the final Panther blow in the fourth quarter to cap nine shot effort by the Blue and Red.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 21 when they head to Huntingdon.
