NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – Hanover (9-17 overall, 1-5 HCAC) hit the road for Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action on Saturday competing at Manchester, splitting the doubleheader with a game one win 7-2 before dropping game two 5-4.
GAME ONE

Morgan Bailey went 3-for-4 with one run scored and three RBI.
Freshman
Claire King added two RBI with one hit.
In the circle,
Lulu Van Beek pitched a complete game striking out three and allowing just two runs.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Hanover struck first in the top of the first inning on a Bailey homer, 1-0.
They added to their run total in the third inning with King collecting a double RBI.
The big inning came in the fourth inning as Bailey continued her stellar day with a pair of singles that collected two RBI.

Karsyn Naue went 1-for-3 at the dish with three RBI.
Sophomore
Addison Smith and King added two hits apiece combining for two runs score.
