BLUFFTON, Ohio – Hanover (10-20 overall, 2-8 HCAC) surrendered a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader on Saturday afternoon at Bluffton. They dropped game one 7-0 before falling in game two 18-3.
GAME ONE

Addison Smith led the Panthers with two hits on three at-bats.

Lulu Van Beek got the start throwing five complete innings with four strikeouts and zero free bases awarded.
Freshman
Chloey Leach pitched relief striking out one.
Bluffton plated seven runs on 12 hits with five RBI.
GAME TWO
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Panther offense came alive in game two as they plated two runs in the top of the first inning on two hits. Leading the surge was freshman
Morgan Bailey with a triple to right center. Sophomore
Ashley Fulton added an RBI with a hard-hit ball to second base, 2-0.
Bluffton used a three run first inning and a two run second inning to claim a 5-2 advantage.
Hanover got a run back in the top of the third inning as Bailey collected the RBI.
However, Bluffton remained red hot at the dish using a 13 run fourth inning to secure the sweep.
