GRANVILLE, Ohio – The Hanover men's soccer team (1-0-1 overall) hit the road to take on Denison in non-conference action, playing to a scoreless draw.

Hanover finished with a combined six shots, paced by freshman
Joe Luther with a team-high two attempts, both of which landed on frame.
Senior
McLain Barber claimed the team's only other attempt on goal.
Junior
Patrick Schoellig secured the clean sheet between the pipes, recording four saves through 90 minutes of work.
INSIDE THE PLAY-BY-PLAY
Barber generated the Panthers best first-half chance in the 40
th minute when he fired a shot on frame toward the bottom left that was saved by the Denison keeper.
The second half saw Luther get his first look as he put a shot toward the bottom left of frame that was once again denied by the Big Red goalkeeper.
He would get one final attempt in the 71
st minute, this time looking to go top shelf where the keeper was able to secure his clean sheet.
