SHELBYVILLE, Ind. - The Panthers started off their season competing in the Grizzly Invitational hosted by Franklin College, finishing eighth overall.
 
Freshman Elinor Hogue and freshman Charlotte Stucky broke the rope together coming in 51st and 53rd with a time of 22:07.6 and 22:21.9.
 
Their teammate, freshman Madelyn Kitchens crossed the finish line in 65th place with a time of 23:02.7.
 
The Panthers will return to action on Saturday, September 12th running their home course as part of the Hanover Invitational, start time is set for 10:00am.
