Boothby provided the first strike as she played a fantastic cross from senior

th minute for the 1-0 lead.
The Panthers provided what would become the game-winner moments later as DeLong played a through ball from junior

Hanover finished the opening frame with a slight disadvantage in shots at eight but all eight landed on frame.
The Fightin' Engineers got down and gritty in the second half as they controlled play for much of the late stages when Hicks took a pass from Lawrence to cut the deficit to 1-0.
However, Hanover was able to stifle the attack and capture the Tournament advancing 2-1 victory.
