Box Score CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Hanover Panthers secured the top spot in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference on Wednesday evening as they defeat MSJ 4-0 to remain perfect on the year. The game wrapped up regular season play. Hanover will return to action next weekend as the no. one seed in the HCAC Tournament.
The Panthers were led by freshman
Jostin Reeves (Greenwood, Ind.) with a game-high two assists and a goal.
Hanover surged ahead early in the contest as junior
Kelsey Hughes (Noblesville, Ind.) took a pass from Reeves for the first goal just minutes into the opening stanza.
The Blue and Red would tack on another goal in the 30
th minute as junior
Bryn Rolfsen (Loveland, Ohio) found Reeves for a Panther strike, 2-0.

Maggie Day (Sellersburg, Ind.) added an insurance goal in the 47
th minute as she played a pass from Reeves that beat the MSJ keeper and pushed the lead to 3-0.
The Blue and Red would go on to win the contest 4-0 after Mt. St. Joseph netted an own goal in the 77
th minute.
Hanover finished the evening with a game-high 15 shots, 11 of which landed on frame.
