HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover men's basketball team is set to host the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Semi-Final and Championship matchups of the 2021-2022 Tournament on Friday, Feb. 25 and Saturday, Feb. 26.
 
Hanover landed the no. 1 seed after winning the HCAC regular season title for the fourth time in as many as five seasons. They advanced to the semi-final game with a victory over the no. 8 seed Mt .St. Joseph Lions, 73-67.
 
The no. 4 seed Transylvania Pioneers advanced after defeating no. 5 seed Anderson, 66-65.
 
The Panthers last HCAC Tournament Championship came in 2018-19 when they defeated Transylvania 76-73 to advance to the NCAA Tournament.
 
The HCAC Tournament will also feature no. 2 Rose-Hulman against no. 6 Franklin on Friday evening at 7 PM.
