Box Score SPRINGFEILD, Ohio – The Hanover Panthers use a second half outburst to defeat Wittenberg 2-1.
 
The Blue and Red were led by sophomore Nora Ludwig (Cincinnati., Ohio) and sophomore Beth Cook (Goshen, Ind.) with one goal each.
 
Cook also paced the P anthers with a team high five shots.
 
After a scoreless first half, the Panther attack erupted with Ludwig taking a pass from Cook for the 1-0 lead.
 
The attack on net continued with Cook entering the scores column in the 48^th minute to send HC on top 2-0.
 
Wittenberg got one goal back in the 63^rd minute before falling unsuccessful en route to the 2-1 deficit.
 
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 24 against Kenyon.
