Box Score HANOVER, Ind. – Hanover (13-1-5 overall) advanced to their sixth straight Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament finals on Tuesday afternoon defeating no. 4 seed Rose-Hulman, 2-0.
The Panther offense attempted to claim the first half advantage as junior
Beth Cook (Goshen, Ohio) looked to flick a header just pass the Rose-Hulman keeper but was denied in the 8
th minute.
Hanover got another fantastic attempt on goal in the 22

Kaleigh Schirmer (Amelia, Ohio) fired a shot at point blank range that once again was saved in impressive fashion by the Fightin' Engineers netminder.
The Blue and Red entered the intermission with an 8-2 advantage in shots, paced by junior
Nora Ludwig (Cincinnati, Ohio).
Senior
Jostin Reeves (Greenwood, Ind.) answered the bell in the second half playing a fantastic through ball from Ludwig in the opening minutes to propel Hanover in front 1-0.
The veteran delt the final goal in the 86
th minute as she served up a corner kick to junior
Kate Bettner (Noblesville, Ind.) who deposited the ball top shelf, 2-0.
Hanover finished the contest with a game-high 12 shots, five of which landed on frame. Senior
Maggie Hinegardner (Fort Thomas, Ky.) collected the win in frame posting a clean sheet with one save.
The Panthers return to the pitch on Saturday afternoon as they host the HCAC Tournament Championship taking on the winner
