Men's Tennis swept in non-conference action at Centre

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 DANVILLE, Ky. – The Hanover Panthers hit the road for a pair of non-conference matchups at Centre falling to the Colonels 9-0 and Hampden-Sydney 7-2.
 
Hampden-Sydney – Match 1
The Panthers opened the afternoon falling to Hampden-Sydney but not before collecting two victories. In doubles action, junior Joey Keal (Louisville, Ky.) and fifth year Connor Garrison (Louisville, Ky.) won no. 2 doubles 8-5.
 
In singles play, senior Jedrek Brodzki (Warsaw, Poland) claimed a win as part of no. 3 singles capturing the team's final victory of the contest. Teammate, Freshman Abhay Singh (Ambala, India) turned in a strong showing as no. 5 singles battling to a tie breaker set before ultimately falling in the match.
 
Centre – Match 2
In the contest with Centre, the Colonels swept doubles action before taking both no. 1 and no. 2 singles. As part of no. 3 singles Brodzki turned in another tough battle before falling in a tie breaker set.
 
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, March 4 when they welcome Berea College.
