HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover Panthers knocked off Rose-Hulman as part of a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference thriller that saw the Blue and Red claim the regular season title and the no. 1 seed in the upcoming Tournament.

Connor Garrison (Louisville, Ky.) deemed the clutch factor for the Panthers as he battled at no. 4 singles. With the contest knotted at 4-4, the fifth year stepped up claiming a three set thriller 6-4, 3-6, 6-4.
Rose-Hulman pushed ahead 2-1 following doubles action with the team of junior
Joey Keal (Louisville, Ky.) and junior
Charley Williams (Jeffersonville, Ind.) winning at no. 2 doubles in a tie breaker set, 8-7 (7-4).
Keal also dominated his no. 1 singles 6-1, 6-0 while teammate freshman
Abhay Singh (Ambala, India) flipped the lead in Hanover's favor with a 6-1, 6-1 win at no. 3 singles.
The final Panther victory came as part of no. 6 singles with freshman
Ilya Gromochenko (Tucson, Ariz.) claiming the match 6-4, 6-0.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, April 29 and Sunday, April 30 when they compete as part of the HCAC Tournament Championship.
