PREVIEW: Men's Lacrosse set to host HCLC Tournament

CARMEL, Ind. – The Hanover men's lacrosse team is set to host the 2023 Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference Tournament Friday, April 28 and Sunday, April 30 with Hanover and Colorado College earning the No. 1 seeds.
 
Hanover claimed the north No. 1 seed after posting a 4-0 HCLC mark among divisional opponents. Colorado College also remained perfect in league play posting a 2-0 record against HCLC south opponents.
 
Anderson picked up the No. 2 seed in the north while Southwestern University captured the No. 2 seed in the south division.
 
Hanover concluded the regular season at 7-7 overall including a competitive regular season battle with Southwestern.
 
The Panthers and Pirates will square off in game one of the HCLC Tournament on Friday, April 28 from Alumni Stadium. Face-off is slated for 1:00 PM.
 
The two teams met last season as part of opening round play with Southwestern claiming the victory and advancing to the HCLC Tournament Finals.
 
The night cap on Friday, April 28, to be played on C. Wayne Perry Field, will feature the No. 1 seeded Colorado College Tigers against the No. 2 seed Anderson University Ravens at 4:00 PM.
 
The Championship is slated for Sunday, April 30 at noon.
