HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover men's tennis team is set to compete as part of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday, April 29 and Sunday, April 30.
The Panthers claimed the no. 1 seed as part of the tournament after securing the HCAC regular season title with a 5-4 victory over Rose-Hulman.
Hanover enters the weekend 8-6 overall and 6-0 in HCAC play.
Transylvania claimed the no. 2 seed and the other first round bye while Rose-Hulman landed the no. 3 seed and knocked off Manchester to advance to the semifinals.
The Panthers will take on no. 5 seed Anderson after the Ravens defeated Franklin in the opening round of play.
The tournament will be hosted in Nicholasville, Ky. at the Top Seed Racquet Club.
