HANOVER, Ind. – The Panthers (4-5 overall, 1-0 HCAC) dominated the Quakers of Earlham on Wednesday afternoon in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action, winning the contest 4-0.
The Hanover attack recorded a game-high 30 shots led by senior
Xander Ochsner (Floyds Knobs, Ind.) with a game best five.
Ochsner netted the game's first goal in the 10
th minute as he played a touch pass from freshman
Miles McMillen (Louisville, Ky.), 1-0.
The scoring frenzy ensued as McMillen entered the scores column in the 27
th minute off a pass by freshman
Louan Seveno (Vannes, France), 2-0.
The final first half goal came off the foot of freshman
John Azzara (Louisville, Ky.) propelling Hanover into the intermission with the 3-0 advantage.
Sophomore
Patricio Campos (Cdmx, Mexico) netted the second half dagger as he found the back of the net in the 49
th minute sending HC to the 4-0 win.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 30 when they travel to Defiance. Game time is set for 3:30 PM.
