DANVILLE, Ky. – The Hanover men's tennis team fell in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon at Centre, 8-1.

Hanover battled tough in doubles action as the no. 1 doubles team of senior
Joey Keal (Louisville, Ky.) and junior
Charley Williams (Jeffersonville, Ind.) collected the lone Panther win 8-5. Freshman
Ashley Hunter (Manchester United Kingdom of Great Britian) and junior
Pedro Macedo (Petropolis, Brazil) battled at no. 2 doubles while the team of senior
Jaya Sivesh (Nagercoil, India) and junior
Alberto Castillo (Pozuelo De Alarcon, Spain) performed well at no. 3 doubles despite both team's falling 8-5.

In singles action, Keal looked to claim no. 2 singles as he dealt a scare falling 6-4, 7-6 (7-5). Sivesh also turned in a strong showing as part of the no. 5 singles surrendering 6-2, 4-6, 10-3.

Hanover returns to action on Saturday, March 16 when they travel to Rose-Hulman for HCAC action.
