HANOVER, Ind. – Hanover (4-6 overall, 1-0 HCLC) dominated Mount St. Joseph in Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference action defeating the Lions 13-3.

Taylor McNally-Henriksen (Zionsville, Ind.) paced the Panthers with an impressive six goals on 11 shots.

Emma Williams (Crestwood, Ky.) got the win charting three saves for a 50 percent save percentage.

Hanover struck first as
Taylor McNally-Henriksen found the back of the net at the 12:20 mark, 1-0.
They extended their lead with sophomore
Abby Mensing (Parker, Co.) netting the blow with just over five to play in the first frame, 2-0. But MSJ refused to be tamed, tying the score 2-2.
The Panthers reclaimed the advantage in the second period as junior
Katie Comer (Indianapolis, Ind.) netted her 12
th goal of the season. She added her second goal, and 13
th overall at the 8:43 mark to push the HC difference to 4-2.
Hanover tacked on one final first half goal to claim the 5-2 halftime lead.
They wasted no time extending the difference in the second half finding the back of the net just 16 seconds in. scoring the goal was
Taylor McNally-Henriksen, 6-2.
The Panthers remained all offense as Taylor completed the hat trick before goals by Comer and Mensing blew the contest wide open, 10-2.
Taylor would finish the afternoon with a game-high six goals propelling HC to the commanding 13-3 victory.
Hanover returns to action on Wednesday, April 10 when they travel to Spalding.
