The Panthers wasted no time establishing dominance, scoring 27 points in the opening quarter alone. Quarterback Eian Roudebush orchestrated the aerial attack, connecting with sophomore Spencer Jones for an 11-yard touchdown just 2:45 into the game, capping a quick three-play, 40-yard drive.

Roudebush struck again six minutes later, finding Jack Pennington for a 26-yard scoring strike. The touchdown came on another efficient three-play, 49-yard drive that took just 1:20 off the clock, extending Hanover's lead to 14-0.

The defense got in on the scoring action when freshman Kane Powell-Smith returned an interception for a touchdown at the 6:13 mark, pushing the advantage to 20-0.
Running back Josh Williams capped the first-quarter explosion with a 29-yard touchdown run with 3:46 remaining, part of a two-play, 45-yard drive that consumed just 46 seconds. Hanover led 27-0 after one quarter.

The Panthers added 14 more points in the second quarter, with Pennington hauling in his second touchdown reception of the half. The scoring drive showcased Hanover's balanced attack, featuring completions to Curbrian Shelby and rushes by Don Dunning.
