Men's Soccer Moves to 3-0 in HCAC With Win Over MSJ

Cincinnati, OH - The men's soccer team traveled to Mt St Joseph University today to take on the 3-7-2 Lions. HC entered at 7-2-2 ans 2-0-0 in the HCAC, coming off a 2-0 win at home last weekend.

Hanover was the aggressor early, leading the stat sheet in all notable categories including shots taken, shots on goal, saves, and corners. Pacing the Lions, HC struck twice in the final fifteen minutes of the first-half.

Junior defender Andrew Beck and senior forward Patricio Campos connected for a dual-assist finding sophomore forward Brandon Elizarraras to go up 1-0 in the thirty-fourth minute. Seven minutes later (to the second), senior forward Omar Dizdar found his way thru the Lions defensive personnel and buried one past the keeper to go up 2-0, closing out the half.
