DELAWARE, Ohio – The Panther swim team hit the road on Saturday afternoon, competing as part of the Mid-Season Meet hosted by Ohio Wesleyan.
The Hanover women finished fifth overall in the six team field.
WOMEN'S RESULTS
Freshman
Raygan Crawford dominated the 100-yard butterfly, finishing fourth in the 10 person field in a time of 1:03.18. Freshman
Loulie Frazier followed her with a time of 1:09.54, in sixth place.
Frazier continued to have a strong afternoon, taking fourth overall in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:05.76.
The 200-yard medley relay team of senior
Lawson Phillips, junior
Alyssa Hess,
Raygan Crawford, and sophomore
Anna Williams claimed fifth with a time of 2:02.72.
Junior
Lucy Schoenlein found success in the 500-yard freestyle, touching the wall in sixth place in a time of 5:49.17.
Rounding out the day one morning session for Hanover was the 400-yard freestyle relay of Suchoenlein,
Lindsay Brown, Frazier, and freshman
Shelby Geraghty completing the race with a time of 4:04.38.
In the 200-yard IM, Geraghty took sixth with a time of 2:27.09.
The 400-yard medley team of Williams, Hess, Crawford, and Schoenlein landed third with a time of 4:31.15.
The Panthers dominated in the 100-yard IM as three different Panthers finished in the top five. Touching the wall in third place was Crawford with a school record time of 1:06.99, Greaghty finished fourth in a time of 1:08.62 while Frazier finished fifth overall.
Rounding out the two day meet was Geraghty and Schoenlein in the 1,650 yard freestyle. Geraghty touched the wall in fourth with a time of 20:16.14 while Schoenlein finished fifth in a time of 20:38.93.
