Hanover has Strong Showing at Wittenberg

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio
– The Hanover Panthers made a splash on Friday evening, taking on Wittenberg at the Springfield Family YMCA.
 
Leading the way for the Blue and Red was freshman Loulie Frazier with the top spot in the 200-yard backstroke. The freshman won the race in a time of 2:34.85. Sophomore Anna Williams finished second with a time of 2:36.56.
 
In the 100-yard backstroke, freshman Raygan Crawford claimed a runner-up finish in a time of 1:08.10. Touching the wall in third freshman Shelby Geraghty with a time of 1:10.50.
 
Crawford also dominated the 100-yard freestyle, finishing the event in a time of 1:01.69 good enough for third place. She also took second in the 100-yard butterfly.
 
Senior Lawson Phillips posted a second place mark in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:27.87.
 
Junior Lucy Schoenlein captured second in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 12:39.61.
