Hanover, IN (Alumni Stadium) - On Saturday, the Hanover College Men's Lacrosse team celebrated their seniors during their final regular-season home game. The Panthers defeated EarlhamĀ 17-3, finishing 10-3 overall and 3-1 in the HCLC during the regular season.

Owen Parker and their families were recognized and celebrated, before the game, for their commitment to Hanover College men's lacrosse over the past four years. Each of these individuals and their families have given tremendous amounts of their time and energy to help grow and better the program - for this, HCML is forever grateful.
In the contest, the Panthers totaled 17 goals on 7 assists, 55 ground-balls, and 14 caused-turnovers. Senior midfielder
Owen Cuniffe opened up the scoring for the Panthers and finished with 3 goals on the day, and senior attackman
Alex Kleinhelter lead the Panthers in total points with 3 goals of his own along with 3 assists. Senior midfielder
Owen Parker had quite the day as well stating 4 points, 9 ground-balls, and 1 caused-turnover.

Ethan Abdoo and
Colin O'Brien combined for 7 total points (Abdoo - 3, O'Brien - 4), and sophomore midfielder
Gabe Hetrick ended with two tallies in the point column as well.
Senior defender
Scott Dues came away with 1 point as well as 5 ground-balls and 3 caused-turnovers, and senior goalkeeper
Lance Guttormson finished with 7 saves on 77.8% save percentage through 40 minutes of action.
The Panthers will be back in action this Wednesday at 4:00PM EST and will host the Earlham College Quakers once more, this time for the HCLC semi-finals. Winner will advance to the Championship, hosted by Transylvania University in Lexington, KY.
