CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Hanover Panthers (9-17 overall, 5-7 HCAC) hit the road for Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action at Mount St. Joseph, dropping the double header 9-4, 11-6.
GAME ONE
AT THE PLATE
Hanover tallied four runs on six hits. Leading the charge was freshman
Sydney Foy (Brownsburg, Ind.), freshman
Addison Smith (Jeffersonville, Ind.), and sophomore
LauRie Harmless (Coatesville, Ind.) with one RBI apiece. The Panthers collected one of the RBI early in the first inning for the 2-0 advantage.
Despite the success, MSJ responded, scoring one run in the first inning and another in the second inning. They flipped the contest in the fourth inning, scoring five runs.
The Lions finished the contest scoring nine runs on 10 hits.

Lauren Beaman (Indianapolis, Ind.) got the start, throwing three and one third inning with two strike outs.

Olivia Planck (Lexington, Ky.) with a triple, scoring two runs.
Hanover returns to action on Sunday, April 27 when they celebrate Senior Day with Manchester.
