LEXINGTON, Ky. – Hanover (7-13 overall, 3-3 HCAC) hit the road for Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action at Transylvania on Wednesday evening, dropping the twin bill 9-1, 8-0.
GAME ONE

Lauren Beaman (Indianapolis, Ind.) got the start in the circle throwing five complete innings with two strikeouts. She scattered four runs on nine hits.
AT THE DISH
The lone Panther run came in the top of the fourth inning as the senior Beaman collected the RBI. Lauren grounded into a fielder's choice back to the pitcher that scored sophomore
Olivia Planck (Lexington, Ky.), 3-1.
The Pioneers used a five run six inning to secure the 9-1 win.
GAME TWO

Lulu Van Beek (Noblesville, Ind.) got the start in game two, throwing four and two thirds innings with six strikeouts. She surrendered just one walk.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, April 12 when they travel to Berea.
