CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the 2025 Christopher M. Ragsdale Sportsmanship Team for the spring competition.

Eric Roudebush (New Palestine, Ind.) of the Baseball team and senior
Anissa Weber (Westfield, Ind.) of Women's Lacrosse were selected to represent the Panthers.
The HCAC All-Sportsmanship Award is named in honor of former HCAC Commissioner Christopher M. Ragsdale, who served as the Commissioner from 2009 to 2018.
The sportsmanship award was developed as part of a conference-wide sportsmanship initiative in 2009. Members of the All-HCAC Sportsmanship team for each championship season include two athletes from each member institution, each of whom are selected by their schools as individuals who represent values that are associated with positive sportsmanship on and off the field/court. Nominees must have demonstrated consistently values such as fairness, respect, integrity, support and positivity in their participation in intercollegiate athletics within the HCAC.
