Panthers Sweep Heidelberg in Straight Sets

Box Score BLUFFTON, Ohio – The Panthers opened play at the Sommer Spiketacular on Friday evening, defeating Heidelberg in straight sets 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-21).

INSIDE THE STATS
Senior Elliot Mays paced the Panthers with 11 kills on 31 attempts for an impressive .258 hitting percentage. It brings her career total of kills to 824. Junior Abbey McCoy tallied eight kills for a .207 hitting percentage.

Sophomore Madison Schicker dominated the back row for the Blue and Red, tallying 16 digs. Teammate freshman Ryleigh Plunkitt had 12 digs.

Hanover returns to action on Saturday, completing day two of the Sommer Spiketacular.
