HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover men's basketball team will hit the road for the quarterfinal round of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament.
The Panthers secured the no. 6 seed and will travel to no. 3 seed Rose-Hulman on Saturday for a 2:00 PM tip-off.
THE MATCH-UP
Rose-Hulman has won the last two meetings, including an intense double overtime win at Hanover on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
The double overtime contest saw three finish in double digits, led by the duo of sophomore
Jeremiah Alexander and sophomore
Malachi McNair netting 22 points apiece. Alexander also added five made three-pointers.
Junior
CJ Walls tallied 11 points with six assists.
THE HCAC STATS
McNair ranks third in scoring among the HCAC, averaging 16.8 points per game and leads the league in rebounding at 11.1 rpg. He also has an HCAC best 69.3 field goal percentage through 23 games.

Cam Freeman sits first among the HCAC in assists/turnover ratio at 3.1 including 120 assists.
Junior
William Herald sits third in three-point field goal percentage at 45.4, including 49 made three-pointers this season.
