Panthers Conclude Weekend at Webster

Sauget, IL - Hanover (3-9 overall) took on Milwaukee School of Engineering in hopes of walking away with a quality win on the road. However, they dropped the contest 14-4.

AT THE PLATE 
The scoring didn't start till the seventh inning as Freshman Jack Shaeffer (West Lafayette, IN), proceeded to get three more runs across in the inning.

ON THE BUMP
Sophomore Dylan Lloyd (Colerain, OH) started the game lasting five innings striking out two. Freshman Parker Heaney (Carmel, IN) came into relief for one and two third innings striking out three.

Game 2 (Webster University)
The Panthers dropped the night cap 11-4.
 
AT THE PLATE
Senior Josh Simpson (Bardstown, KY) had all four runs for the Panthers. The scoring started in the first inning on an RBI error. Then a solo home run in the third combined with a two run home run in the fifth inning.
 
ON THE BUMP
Sophomore Wyatt Colvin (Prospect, KY) got handed the game ball to start the game and tossed for six innings allowing only three earned runs and striking out eight. Junior Ashton Carie (Madison, IN) came into relief for one inning and allowed no earned runs and striking out one. Sophomore Bradley Zekl closed it out striking out one.


The Panthers look to end their losing streak when they face Spalding University on March 17. Game time is set for 6:00 PM EST.
