HANOVER, Ind. – The Panthers (3-8 overall, 1-2 HCLC) secured the Senior Day victory on Saturday afternoon at Alumni Stadium, defeating rival Franklin, 12-9.

Leading the way for Hanover was sophomore
Quinn Cherry with three goals and three assists for a combined six points.
Hanover teamed up for 23 shots, 13 of which landed on goal.
In frame, junior
Emma Williams secured the win, collecting 18 saves.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Panthers used a three goal first frame paced by sophomore Quin Cherry. Cherry not only added two strikes but also assisted on the third.
She continued to thrive on the attack as she secured her hat trick just moments into the second period. The sophomore finished the first half with three goals and two assists.
Hanover entered the intermission leading 8-3, getting goals from sophomore
Julia Jarrells and sophomore
Iyana Phelps.
The second half saw Franklin with a little more energy as they ripped off three straight goals before Phelps halted the surge. The two clubs tallied three goals apiece, Hanover entering the final frame leading 11-6.
The Grizzlies made a fourth quarter surge that saw them outscore the Panthers 3-1 but the deficit was to great as the Blue and Red secured the win.
