RICHMOND, Ind. - Hanover dominated conference play in emphatic fashion, pulling away from Earlham for a commanding 20–6 victory on the road. After a competitive first quarter, Hanover's offensive strength took over, highlighted by a massive second quarter.

Hanover's attack was led by a fantastic performance from
Jack Deweese, who exploded for nine goals and one assist (10 points
) on 20 shots. He was nearly unstoppable, especially in the second half where he repeatedly capitalized on quick ball movement and unsettled Earlham's defense.
Supporting him was
Mack Langridge, who added five goals and two assists, playing a key role in the early momentum gathering goals.
Colin O'Brien orchestrated the offense with one goal and six assists.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Hanover struck first just over a minute in as
Kane Powell-Smith found the net. Earlham answered twice, and the teams traded goals, including a Langridge finish off an O'Brien assist. The game remained tied 2-2, with both teams feeling each other out.
The second period is where the game flipped. After Earlham briefly tied it 4-4 midway through the quarter, Hanover responded with a four-goal run in under three minutes.
Hanover outshot Earlham heavily and controlled possession, taking an 8-4 lead into halftime.
Hanover continued to apply pressure, extending the lead to 10-4 behind Deweese and Henderson. Earlham showed brief life, cutting it to 10-5 and later 11-6, but Hanover answered every time en route to the win.
