CARMEL, Ind. – The Panther women's golf team will hit the links this weekend competing as part of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Golf Championship hosted by Anderson University at the Anderson Country Club.
HITTING THE LINKS
The Panthers return to the Anderson Country Club after playing the course in the fall as part of the HCAC Preview, where Hanover secured third of four teams.
Pacing the field for the Blue and Red was freshman
Cassidy Clark finishing tied for ninth with a two-round score of 175 (88-87). At the most recent Panther event, the Heartland Spring Finale, the freshman finished tied for ninth including a pair of birdies during round one.
Senior
Kambrie Cooper claimed an 11 th place mark as part of the fall HCAC Preview that saw her card a 36-hole score of 176 (89-87).
Freshman
Gracie Shepherd rounded out the top 20 for Hanover as she posted a 194 (96-98) at Anderson Country Club.
THE WEEKEND FORMAT
The HCAC Women's Golf Championship will tee-up on Friday, May 8 and run through Sunday, May 10 at the Anderson Country Club.
All HCAC programs will be present to compete in the three day, 54-hole event.
The first tee time on Friday, May 8 is scheduled for 8:00 AM.
