BLUFFTON, Ohio – Hanover swept Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference opponent Bluffton on Saturday afternoon in straight sets 3-0 (25-18, 25-12, 25-22).

With the win, Hanover moves to 12-8 overall and 4-1 HCAC.

The opening set would see the Panthers tally 17 kills on 45 attempts for a .244 hitting percentage. Leading the attack was senior

Set two saw Bluffton surge ahead when Schweitzer delivered from behind the service line to catapult HC in front 10-6. Hanover never looked back as senior
Maddie Edwards (Jasper, Ind.) secured the set two victory, 25-12. The Panthers charted a set best 19 kills.

Hanover tallied 14 kills in the final set on 40 total attempts. Bluffton claimed the lead early but was unable to hold on as a Edwards kill pushed HC in front 16-15. The Panthers continued on the attack as a junior
