RICHMOND, Ind. – The Hanover Panthers remain perfect in Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference action with a dominate victory over Earlham, 19-2.
Leading the charge for the Blue and Red was freshman
Alex Kleinhelter (Fishers, Ind.) with a career high six goals. The duo of freshman
Luke Haines (Lexington, Ky.) and senior
Josh Perkins (San Diego, Calif.) added three goals each.
The Panthers scored early and often using a six-goal outburst to claim the convincing 6-1 advantage midway through the second period.
They continued to dominate the Quakers in the second half as Perkins added one strike in the third frame and two in the fourth period to propel HC to the convincing 19-2 HCLC victory.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, April 30 when they wrap-up HCLC action at Anderson. Game time is set for 1:00 PM.
