TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -The Hanover Panthers hit the road taking on non-conference opponents Concordia Chicago and Illinois Institute of Technology, finishing the evening 1-1 overall.

The Panthers toppled Concordia Chicago in straight sets 25-17, 29-27, 25-17.

Leading the charge for the Blue and Red was freshman
CC Shick (Fort Thomas, Ky.) with a team-best 14 kills on 25 attempts. Shick posted an impressive .480 hitting percentage. Freshman
Elliot Mays (Jeffersonville, Ind.) added eight kills while sophomore
Molly Schwarzkopf (Greenfield, Ind.) tallied six.

Defensively, Mays charted 15 digs while junior
Casey Dunn (Fort Thomas, Ky.) picked up 11. Â

Hanover dropped the night cap in straight sets 20-25, 22-25, 21-25.
