MARYVILLE, Tenn. – The Hanover Panthers (0-1 overall) hit the road for their season-opener at Maryville, falling to the Scots 16-5.

Eric Roudebush (New Palestine, Ind.) paced the Panther offense recording two RBI with two hits and a homerun.
Roudebush put the Panthers on the board in the top of the first inning as he connected for a two run homer to right field, 2-0.

Connor Farnsley (Jeffersonville, Ind.) added another Panther run in the top of the third inning followed by a sophomore
David Newbanks (New Albany, Ind.) RBI.
Hanover plated their final run in the top of the fourth inning with leadoff batter sophomore
Jake Danneman (Edgewood, Ky.) charting the RBI on a double to center field.
Maryville closed out the contest in the seventh inning scoring three runs en route to the win.
Hanover returns to the diamond on Sunday, Feb. 26 when they wrap-up the weekend series with Maryville.
