HANOVER, Ind. – The Hanover women's volleyball team has announced the 2023 campaign set to serve up action on Friday, Sept. 1 as they hit the road for the Maryville Invitational.
 
Under the guidance of veteran head coach Peter Preocanin, the Panthers will look to make their fifth Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament appearance dating back to the 2017 season when they claimed the HCAC title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
 
The trip to Maryville will feature matchups with Brevard on Friday, Sept. 1 followed by Huntingdon and invite host Maryville on Saturday, Sept. 2. 
 
Other non-conference opponents feature regionally ranked Otterbein on Friday, Sept. 8 and the Crusaders of Capital on Saturday, Sept. 9. The Blue and Red claimed a three-set sweep of the Crusaders in 2022 as part of the Pam Briggs Classic.
 
The Panthers home opener is slated for Friday, Sept. 15 and Saturday, Sept. 16 as they host the annual Hanover College Invite welcoming Sewanee, Berea, and Alma.
 
HCAC action is slated to begin on Saturday, Sept. 30 when Hanover hits the road for Defiance. First serve is slated for 5:00 PM.
 
The regular season finale will feature the Ravens of Anderson on Saturday, Nov. 4 within the friendly confines of Collier Arena.
