Beth Cook (Goshen, Ohio) with eight shots.
As a unit, Hanover charted a game-high 22 shots, six of which landed on frame. Junior
Nora Ludwig (Cincinnati, Ohio) added six total shot attempts.
The Panthers pressured the box early in the opening half rattling off four straight shots that just missed frame. They got the final look of the opening half as sophomore
Morgan Castiglione (Fishers, Ind.) fired a ball that missed high.
The second half saw the Blue and Red continue to be all gas as Ludwig dealt back-to-back blows that fell empty handed.
With the game clock winding down, Freshman
Cam Horsley (Mooresville, Ind.) took an attempt at goal that missed left of frame.
Senior
Maggie Hinegardner (Fort Thomas,Ky.) recorded the clean sheet charting three saves through 90 minutes of work.
Hanover returns to action on Wednesday, Sept. 20 when they welcome Otterbein to the Soccer Complex. Game time is set for 5:0 PM.
