INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Hanover Panthers (0-2 overall) fell in non-conference action at NCAA Division I foe Butler 53-0 on Saturday evening.
Sophomore
Eian Roudebush (New Palestine, Ind.) under center finished with 47 total yards through the air while his brother senior
Eric Roudebush (New Palestine, Ind.) collected 33 yards on three receptions.
Freshman
Brian Wall (Sellersburg, Ind.) led the defensive effort with 13 total tackles including eight solo stops. Junior
Billy Blevins (Carmel, Ind.) had a tackle for loss for six yards.
The Bulldogs ran past the Panthers early scoring 15 unanswered points in the first quarter. The scoring frenzy ensued as they added 21 points in the second quarter for the 36-0 halftime lead.
In the second half, Butler added 17 combined points for the 53-0 victory.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 21 when they welcome Olivet to Alumni Stadium. Game time is set for 1:00 PM.
