LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Hanover Panthers competed as part of the Jim Vargo Invite hosted by Bellarmine University.
ON THE TRACK
Freshman
Brandon Bensouda claimed second in the 100-meter dash with a personal best time of 10.83 seconds. The time ranks him 35
th overall among Division III runners.
In the 1,500-meter run, junior
Conner Watson claimed fourth in a time of 4:10.01.
Senior
Ethan Weston finished 13
th in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:58.02. The time ranks him second all-time in school history and is the fastest time among HCAC opponents.
IN THE FIELD
Freshman
Alex Bower finished third in the long jump with a leap of 6.42 meters.
Sophomore
Tommy Wilmoth captured 10
th in the weight throw with a toss of 41.03 meters.
Hanover returns to action on Saturday, April 12 when they compete at DePauw.
