BLUFFTON, Ohio – Hanover (11-6 overall) swept the Sommer Specktacular on Saturday, defeating both Adrian and Baldwin Wallace. Hanover defeated Adrian 3-1 (21-25, 25-22, 25-11, 25-19), before sweeping the weekend over Baldwin Wallace 3-2 (21-25, 19-25, 25-23, 25-13, 15-12).

Senior
Elliot Mays, who earned all-tournament team, dominated, recording 18 kills on 38 attempts for a .421 hitting percentage.
Junior
Abbey McCoy tallied 15 kills for a .152 hitting attack.
Sophomore
Brooke Gervers piloted the attack, recording 35 assists. Her teammate, McCoy added a game-high 15 digs.
AGAINST BALDWIN WALLACE
Three Panthers finished in double-figures, led by Mays with a team-high 20 kills for a .447 hitting percentage.
McCoy and freshman
Kinzee Dean both added 11 kills apiece.
Gervers had a great game on the assist, dishing out a fantastic 32 assists.
Hanover returns to action on Friday, Oct. 3 when they welcome John Carroll.
